WeirFlow Mining (“we”, “us”) explains how personal data from website visitors and inquiry submitters is collected and used when you contact us through weirequipment.com.
When you submit an inquiry form we collect first name, last name, work email, phone, company, country or site, and the message describing your slurry or crushing duty. Server logs may also record IP address, browser type and pages visited.
We use inquiry data to respond to engineering requests, prepare duty charts, route parts dispatch and improve site usability. We do not sell personal data. We may share details with authorized distributors only when needed to fulfill your request.
Inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to complete the commercial or technical follow-up and to meet legal record-keeping obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
